Do you have committee support experience with minute taking skills & a keen interest in the Law?  Would you enjoy working for a prestigious international legal membership body based in the heart of the City, with members in over 170 countries? Our client is looking for a new Administrator to join their team, this could be just the opportunity for you!


This is a responsible role where among other duties you will be minuting meetings, preparing agendas, distributing papers and provide admin support wherever needed.


You will need:


  • Some experience servicing committees and/or board meetings including minute taking.
  • Ideally experience of working for a membership body, not for profit organisation or academic institute.
  • To be confident, personable & have a really good eye for detail.
  • Strong IT skills, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM

This is a lovely role for an administrator with bags of energy, great multi-tasking skills & who is looking to take that next step in their career!
