Are you an enthusiastic, professional HR Administrator with first class communication skills and confident IT skills? We would like to hear from you!

Our client, a leading Central London qualifications and professional development organisation, aims to share its knowledge, insight and technical expertise, and protect the quality and integrity of the profession of its members.

They are looking for an HR Executive to play a pivotal role in the smooth running of their HR Operations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Admin support to the HR team and acting as central point of contact within the HR team
  • Face to face and telephone support to employees
  • Input of Information onto HR System (they use iTrent)
  • Production of reports
  • Coordinating of induction programme
  • Accurately logging onto Excel spreadsheets
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Electronic filing of documents using Sharepoint
  • Note taking at disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • Preparation of offer letters and changes to contracts

You will ideally be available to start on 4th November, so interviews will be prompt! This is a great step for you if you have HR Admin experience with a passion for continuing your career in HR. If you have used iTrent HR System, this would be a distinct advantage! Study support offered!
