Do you have experience in a front line Communications role? Are you confident building relationships with media contacts?  If so we’d love to hear from you.

Our client is a leading Membership Body based in the City and they are looking for a new member of their Media and Communications Team.

The role will be on the front line of the media team and will involve:

  • Generating media opportunities
  • Dealing with reactive enquiries quickly and effectively
  • Advising senior colleagues on broadcast opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts
  • Horizon scanning and monitoring media coverage
  • Maintaining the CRM system

You will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ front line media experience in PR, Communications or Journalism
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An insight into the financial services sector would be an advantage

This could be a great step up for a bright, switched on and keen Communications or PR Assistant keen to take their next step where you will build your skills and become part of a busy supportive team.
