Are you educated to degree level with 2 years plus experience organising Events, lectures & training courses, some of which will be international? Are you looking for a new role where you can have plenty of autonomy and work on a range of professional events?  If so this could be the role for you.


Our client is a leading professional education and training body in the legal sector based near Holborn and they are looking for a new member of their Events team.


The role will involve co-ordinating and attending a range of events, conferences & lectures, and will include scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, sourcing venues & arranging international travel. You will act as lead liaison with course directors & represent the College at internal & external events.

You will need:


  • A minimum of two years professional Events experience, ideally from a Membership body
  • Excellent IT & MS Office skills
  • Planning & Minuting meetings experience
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail

This is a lovely opportunity to work in a busy, supportive events team where you can have the opportunity to use your initiative and liaise with high profile delegates.
