If you are a second jobber career Administrator who relishes the chance to tick boxes, get the detail right and work within a friendly approachable team in lovely offices, this could be a great career step for you.

Our client offers educational licences to its Members, so if you have an interest in working in an Education related role this will be of interest. The process to organise this is multi layered and relies on a great eye for detail, healthy respect for deadlines and really good people skills.

As they are a small collaborative team, there is plenty of support, plus opportunity to take ownership of your workload.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Committee support including note taking at meetings
  • Ensure Education licences are logged, licensees are contacted and review meetings are booked
  • Information collation including streamlining the data flow and using the CRM
  • Act as first point of contact for the CPD Group, coordinating, attending and minuting meetings

You will ideally be educated to graduate level, have gained solid office based work experience and have the ability to take minutes or notes at meetings. If you have an interest in working within Education related or a statutory framework this will be appreciated.
