Do you have solid experience working in Property?  Would you enjoy working for leading Estate Agency based in Hampstead assisting their Lettings Team?  If so this role could be for you.

Our client is looking for an experienced Client Liaison Co-ordinator to work closely with their Head of Lettings in this prestigious lettings office in Hampstead.  The role will involve, dealing with all incoming enquiries, visiting properties, registering applicants, providing feedback to Landlords, Tenants and Applicants following viewings, updating the system and booking in and preparing pitch reports.  You will also be arranging photography and creating brochures and window cards.

You will need:

  • Property experience, ideally in Lettings
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a busy close knit team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence to dealing with clients both on the phone and in person.
