Leading Trade Association is looking for committed Case Work and Complaints Administrator.

You will be responsible for processing Complaints in accordance with Codes and Policies, checking that all the boxes have been ticked every step of the way. This is a stand alone role within a very friendly and supportive team. This organisation prides itself on having a culture which is sociable but professional, approachable and dynamic.

Your background will include:

  • Complaints handling and Case Work or Regulatory
  • Enjoyment of resolving problems
  • Knowledge of Employment Law useful
  • Experience of following procedures in accordance with a strict Code
  • Compliance procedures
  • Experience in HR or Recruitment would be a bonus.

This is a Maternity Cover contract of 6 months initially, to start in late October for a handover. Email your CV for an immediate interview!
