All temps are entitled to 24 days paid leave in their holiday year - your holiday year starts from your date of joining. Your entitlement to paid leave cannot be replaced by payment in lieu. You accrue .50 days per week, the minimum you can take off is 1 day. You are paid an average daily rate based on your previous 12 weeks work or less. Your total of accrued leave is shown each week on your payslip. To claim your holiday pay please submit your timesheet as normal with the days clearly marked as ‘PAID LEAVE’ or 'HOLIDAY PAY'. If you are not submitting a timesheet for the period you wish to claim for please email the accounts department on accounts@coventgardenbureau.co.uk with your request.
Please let us know well in advance if you are intending to take leave. This enables us to give you the most appropriate assignment to fit in with your plans.
