Recruitment Coordinator
· WHAT’S IT ALL ABOUT
· We’re looking for a confident individual who’s ready to take responsibility and help the Senior Recruitment Consultants in their work of interviewing candidates, and liaising with clients as we select the best Temps for each assignment
· YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
· We like to recruit bright, cheerful individuals who are good communicators. Educationally you’ll have ‘A’ levels – a degree is useful but not essential, as we’re more interested in your own abilities and determination.
· WHAT HAVE YOU ACHIEVED SO FAR?
· You’ll have a couple of years ‘real world’ experience under your belt, which has given you the confidence to deal with people, sort out problems, handle enquiries – and know you can do more…………..
· WHAT SORT OF JOB SHOULD I HAVE DONE?
· Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds – Secretarial, Customer Service, Banks, Retail Management, Hotels, Travel, Legal and the Professions
· WHAT’S THE TRAINING
· We can only train the right people – which means you’re already confident in people situations, and are positive on the phone. Then we train you in all aspects of recruitment from the moment a prospective Temps contacts us, how to deal with enquiry, what we do when they come for interview, and all the follow through that gives our clients and candidates a professional and intelligent service
· SALARY
· We’ll pay a starting salary in the range £22,000-£25,000, and we review that after 3 and 6 months. And there’s bonuses, both team and individual, which reward effort and initiative. Future prospects are excellent, and there’s continuing training and development.
